Nofødra NOFØDRA is a Chinese martial arts school providing classes and seminars in Kung Fu (adults and kids), Taiji Quan and Qi Gong in Oslo.

We have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Anker. For more information, please visit http://www.nofodra.com/index.html NOFØDRA is an association promoting Chinese Martial Arts and Qi Gong in Oslo. Our main style in Kung Fu is Praying Mantis Boxing (Tang Lang Quan), but we also practice Long Fist Boxing (Chang Quan) and Shaolin Boxing (Shaolin Quan). In Taiji Quan we practice the Yang style (which is the most popular and widely practiced in China, but also around the world) and Wudang. The Qi Gong we practice is called Daoyin Yangsheng Gong and is taught officially in Sports Universities and in Traditional Chinese Medicine Universities in China. New beginners are welcome to try and start training whenever they want during the year. We have classes for adults and kids.

As we do every year, we’re throwing a summer party to celebrate the end of our training season before the summer break. We’ll kick off with demonstrations by our students—kids and adults alike—and round things off with a relaxed pot-luck buffet where we can all enjoy some food together.

We are excited to announce two exclusive broadsword (Dao) seminars with Matteo Pepe-Espert, a highly respected expert in Kung Fu, Taiji Quan, and Qi Gong, with over 50 years of experience!

I’m thrilled to announce that my teacher, Matteo Pepe-Espert, will be coming to Oslo for a special weekend dedicated to broadsword (Dao) practice in Kung Fu and Taiji / Qi Gong! With 50+ years of experience, Matteo is a true master of Chinese martial arts and Qi Gong. He’s also the founder of EPHEDRA, a renowned martial arts school in Paris (France), and a highly respected expert in traditional Chinese medicine.

Awesome seminar last weekend in Paris with Ming Yue, who came from the Wudang mountains to share his knowledge and practice of the Taoist martial arts from Wudang with us. Here, the Wudang sword.

Hi everyone,

We are extremely happy to announce that registration for our next Summer Camp in July 2024), in South of France is now open. This year, we will have Master Ming Yue (from the Wudang mountains) with us, and he will share his teachings in meditation, Taiji Quan, sword and Xing Yi Quan. As every year, we will also offer an energizing waking up every morning, as well as two classes for kids each day of practice . The objective of these summer camps is to combine the practice of Chinese martial arts with a relaxing vacation in a magnificent region, with family or friends, whatever our level of practice (beginner or advanced).
