The last and final day of the 21 day hip opening challenge 💪
Hope you all are feeling great!

Seated twist on a chair pose

Sit comfortably on a chair.
Place the right leg over the left one.
Knee over the ancle.
Breath in, lenghten the spine
Breath out and twist.
Look over your right shoulder.
Soften into the pose and relax.
Hold the pose for 3 minutes, and do the other side.

Return to a neutral seated position.
Place the left leg over the right.
Breath in, lengthen the spine.
Breath out and twist to the left.
Look over your left shoulder.
Breath and relax.
Hold for 3 minutes.

And then you"re done!

Day 20 of the 21 day hip opening challenge.

Thunderbolt pose

Start seated on the left leg.
Heel towards the bum.
Prop yourself up with pillows or blocks.
Bend and place the right foot on your left thigh.
Don't mind the wiggling.
To intensify the pose; place the right foot closer to the inner hip. To soften the stretch let the foot drop down, down, down. Towards the bend knee.
Sit for 3 minutes and do the same thing on the other side.

Seated pigeon pose

Start seated, close to a wall.
Straight legs.
Bend the right leg and place the right foot on the opposite knee.
Option 1, stay where you are. Lean your back to the wall.
Option 2, bend the left knee and place the left foot on the mat. Move the foot as close to the seat as you want. Place a hand on the right leg and push the thigh into the room.
Hold for 3 minutes.
Switch side.

Start seated with straight legs.
Then, place one leg on top of the other
To form a square.
Prop yourself up with pillows, blankets or blocks.
This pose requires some patience and self love. An alternative is to sit on a chair and place one foot on opposite leg.
Hold the pose for 3-4 minutes and switch legs.

Knees out.
Sit up right or lean forward.
Palms up
Hold for 4 minutes.

Role up a blanket.
Step on the tolled up blanket.
Widen your feet.
Toes pointing out, heels in.
Sit down.
Place right hand in front of you on the mat.
Left arm behind your back.
Inhale- Exhale and twist to the left.
Look over your shoulder.
Hold for 3 minutes.
Twist to the other side.
Breath.
