Moksha Yoga Studio is the perfect place for you to learn a mixture of various types of yoga & meditation methods. Furthermore, no matter if you are beginner or advanced yoga learner, you will acquire the proper body alignment and breathing techniques. Your instructor Shweta is originally from India and has been living in Norway for half of her life. She began her spiritual & meditation path over 20 years. Her passion for yoga started during her first visit in Himalaya 16 years, where she stayed at a temple. As a nature-lover, Shweta also decided to explore various types of yoga at different temples on mountaineering expeditions in Himalaya. Shweta often goes back to India to further her spiritual and yoga trainings, so she can become even more devoted. She is fluent in Sanskrit, Hindi, Punjabi, English and Norwegian and is incredibly friendly. Shweta welcomes private or small groups to enroll in her relaxing, energetic and motivational classes adapted to your needs and body type. If you are between 0 to 99 years old, you qualify to join her class! There are openings to special classes in primary schools, middle & high schools, for company’s staff, for pregnant ladies and for mothers & babies.
