Most breathwork focuses on breathing more—deeper breaths, bigger inhales, filling the lungs.

The CO₂ Advantage does the opposite.

It's about breathing less. More efficiently. Letting the body use what it already has instead of constantly reaching for more air.

Here's why this matters:

When we overbreathe, we blow off too much CO₂. This actually reduces oxygen delivery to cells, even though we're taking in more air.

Less breathing, done right, means better oxygen delivery. Better cellular energy. A calmer nervous system.

It's counterintuitive. But it's how the chemistry works.

This is Siv guiding a breathwork session.

Here's what's happening: the body is learning that CO₂ isn't dangerous.

Most people think the urge to breathe comes from lack of oxygen. It doesn't. It comes from CO₂ buildup.

When CO₂ tolerance is low, the body panics at normal CO₂ levels. This triggers stress signals—racing heart, shallow breathing, tension, scattered thoughts.

Breath holds train the body to tolerate CO₂. The nervous system learns: rising CO₂ is not a threat.

When this happens, the body stops sending false alarm signals. Energy that was spent managing phantom stress becomes available for living.

Many people notice: calmer mornings, steadier energy, better sleep, more presence.
