🔴 **Blood in urine** (even if it appears once and disappears)

🔬 What Causes It?
The main culprit: Human Papillomavirus (HPV)—a common virus that most people get at some point, but persistent infection can lead to cancer.

💉 How Can We Prevent It?
✅ HPV Vaccine: Best when given in adolescence but beneficial even later!
✅ Regular Screening: A simple Pap smear or HPV test can catch early changes before cancer develops.
✅ Safe Practices & Healthy Lifestyle: Reducing risk factors like smoking and multiple sexual partners helps.

🩺 Who Should Get Screened?
👉 Women aged 21+ should start Pap tests.

जनवरी महिना Cervical Cancer Awareness Month को रूपमा मनाइन्छ। यो समय हो, जब हामी सबैलाई सर्वाइकल क्यान्सरको बारेमा सचेत गराउने अवसर प्राप्त हुन्छ।

सर्वाइकल क्यान्सर महिलामा हुने एक प्रमुख क्यान्सर प्रकार हो, र यो क्यान्सर प्रायः एचपीभी (HPV) भाइरसको संक्रमणले हुन्छ। राम्रो कुरा यो हो कि सर्वाइकल क्यान्सरको सुरुवाती अवस्था सजिलै पत्ता लगाउन सकिन्छ र समयमै उपचार गर्नाले यसलाई नियन्त्रणमा ल्याउन सकिन्छ।

सर्वाइकल क्यान्सरको जोखिमलाई कम गर्नका लागि:

एचपीभी भ्याक्सिन लगाउनुहोस्।
नियमित पाप स्मियर परीक्षण (Pap Smear) गराउनुहोस्।
स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाउनुहोस्, जस्तै धुम्रपान नगर्नु, पोषिलो आहार र शारीरिक सक्रियता।
