We also took a moment to extend our heartfelt best wishes to bhuwan KC siir as he discontinues his service with us. This is not a goodbye, but a celebration of his contributions and the bond we will always share.

For International Disability Day 2025, we had the honour of hearing the stories of the girls from Team Nepal – Independent Cerebral Palsy Football. They shared openly about identity, challenges, and their mental health journeys. Special thanks to Smarika for guiding the conversation with such care and compassion. 💙
And let this be a reminder: mental health is not an individual responsibility. It is a communal one. We all play a role in creating a world that is kinder, more accessible, and more supportive. True inclusion happens only when society chooses to show up. Let’s do better. Let’s build better. 💙♿
