डिप्रेशन (Depression) भनेको के हो?

डिप्रेशन भनेको मानसिक स्वास्थ्यको समस्या हो ।
यो केवल “दुःखी महसुस गर्नु” मात्र होइन, बरु लामो समयसम्म गहिरो दुःख, निराशा, र जीवनमा रुचि हराउनु हो ।

मुख्य लक्षणहरू (Symptoms):

सधैं दुःखी, खाली वा निराश महसुस हुनु

पहिले मन पर्ने कुरामा अब रुचि नलाग्नु

सुताइ बिग्रनु (धेरै सुत्नु वा कम सुत्नु)

खानामा रुचि नलाग्नु वा धेरै खानु

शरीर कमजोर वा थकाइ महसुस हुनु

ध्यान नलाग्ने वा निर्णय लिन गाह्रो हुनु

आफू बेकार वा दोषी महसुस हुनु

कहिलेकाहीँ आत्महत्या वा मृत्युका विचार आउनु (गम्भीर अवस्थामा)

1. Clarify Your Goals

Specific: Make sure your goals are clear and specific. Instead of "I want to be healthier," try "I want to work out 3 times a week."

Measurable: Set goals that can be tracked. For example, "I want to read 10 books this year" rather than just "I want to read more."

Achievable: Set realistic goals that are within your reach, but still stretch you to grow.

Relevant: Your goals should align with your values and long-term vision.

Time-bound: Have a deadline. "I want to lose 10 pounds in 3 months" gives you a timeframe to work towards.

2. Break Them Down into Steps

Big goals can feel overwhelming, so break them down into smaller, more manageable tasks. Each small step brings you closer to the bigger picture.

3. Create a Plan

Map out how you'll accomplish these smaller tasks. Plan for obstacles and be prepared to adapt. Consistency is key, even if progress feels slow.

4. Stay Motivated

Motivation comes and goes, so having a strong "why" behind your goals will keep you pushing forward. Celebrate small wins along the way, and don't beat yourself up if things don’t go as planned—adjust and keep going.

5. Monitor Your Progress

Regularly review how you’re doing. This will keep you on track and allow you to course-correct if needed. If you hit a roadblock, reassess and figure out how to move forward.

6. Be Persistent and Patient

Things rarely happen overnight. Stay persistent, even on days when you don’t feel like it. Consistent effort, even if it's small, will add up over time.

7. Learn from Setbacks

Mistakes are part of the journey. Reflect on what didn’t work and learn from it, rather than giving up. Sometimes failure is the best teacher.

बर्तमान मेरो जिबनमा ठ्याक्कै मेल खायो 🙏
यो गाडी टायरहरुले भरिएको छ। तर यहि गाडी को एउटा टायर पन्चर भएको कारणले गाडी अगाडि बढ्न सकेको छैन।त्यहा गाडी माथि लोड भएका कुनै पनि टायर यो गाडीमा फिट हुँदैनन्। त्यत्रो टायर साथमा हुदा नि फेर्न मिलेन। हो त्यस्तै हाम्रो जीवनमा पनि आफुलाई परेको बेला काम नलाग्ने साथीहरुको लोड बोकेर हामी थकित भएर हिडिरहेका हुन्छौ।

त्यसैले हामीलाई धेरै साथी होइन ,पर्दा काम लाग्ने एक दुई जना साथी भए जीवनको गाडी मज्जाले चल्छ।अनावश्यक साथीभाईहरुलाई खुशी राख्ने जिम्मेवारी सम्झेर काम नलाग्ने साथीहरुको लोड नबोकौं,बिना कारण समय बर्वाद नपारौ। साथ दिने साथीहरुलाई मन मै राखौ सम्मान गरौँ ।cp
