३ दिन देखि माथिल्लो पेटको दाहिने भाग दुखेर ३६ बर्षकी महिला इमर्जेन्सिमा आइन् । रगतको जाँच अनि भिडियो एक्सरे गरे पछि पित्त थैलिको इन्फेक्सन भएको पत्ता लाग्यो । तर बिरामिको पेट दुख्ने कम नभएकोले पेटको सिटि स्क्यान गरेर हेर्दा पित्त थैलि कुहिएर प्वाल परेको अनि पेटमा पित्त जमेको हुन सक्ने थाहा भयो ।

तेसप्छी तत्काल अप्रेशन गरियो ।
अप्रेशन गर्दा पित्त कुहिएको अनि पित्त बगेर पेटभरी जमेको रहेछ । राम्रो कुरा बिरामीको सकुशल अप्रेशन भयो ।

अप्रेशन पछि बिरामी ठिक भएर घर जादा एकदम खुसी लाग्यो ।

Gastritis is one of the most common disease prevalent in Nepal. Almost every Nepali suffer from this disease. That's why, some even call it the national disease of Nepal.

There are five causes of gastritis:
1. Intake of drugs like pain killers, Ecospirin.
2. Excessive intake of alcohol.
3. Smoking.
4. Helicobacter bacterial infection.
5. Excessive stress.
