✅संक्रमण/रोग लागेको खण्डमा स्वास्थ्य उपचारको लागि प्रेशक्रिप्सन अनुसार मात्र प्रतिजैविक औषधि प्रयोग गर्ने
✅औषधि सेवन गरेको केही दिनमा आफूलाई राम्रो भएको महसुस भएता पनि
✅स्वास्थ्यकर्मीको प्रेशक्रिप्सन लेखिदिएको अवधि बमोजिम पुरा समय औषधि सेवन गर्ने
✅बिध्यमान संक्रमण बिरुद्दको खोप पुरा लिने
✅त्यस्तै गरी आफूले पशुपन्छी पालन गरेको भए ती पशुपन्छीमा पनि पशुस्वास्थ्यकर्मी को सल्लाहमा मात्र औषधि प्रयोग गर्ने, बेलामा नै संक्रमण बिरुद्दको खोपदिने र पशुपालनमा सरसफाई, जैविक सुरक्षा, असल पशुपन्छीपालन विधि अपनाउने
✅बढी भएका वा म्याद नाघेका प्रतिजैविक औषधि सुरक्षित बिसर्जनको लागि पहलपूर्ण काम गर्ने

के नगर्ने ?❌
❌अनावश्यक वा आफूखुशी प्रतिजैविक औषधि प्रयोग नगर्ने
❌भाइरल संक्रमणको लागि एन्टीबायोटिक्सको प्रयोग नगर्ने
❌स्वास्थ्यकर्मीको प्रेशक्रिप्सन बिना आफू खुशी प्रतिजैविक औषधि प्रयोग नगर्ने
❌पशुपन्छीमा अनावश्यक वा आफूखुशी प्रतिजैविक औषधिको प्रयोग नगर्ने
❌बढी भएका वा म्याद नाघेका प्रतिजैविक औषधि बातावरणमा जथाभावी बिसर्जन नगर्ने
