So, you think you might have 🎾Tennis Elbow🎾 but you’re not totally sold after consulting Dr Google (not something we endorse...but we get it 🤷🏼‍♀️)
Here is a simple test you can do wherever you are to see if you may actually have Tennis Elbow:
1️⃣Extended the sore arm (in this case, the left)
2️⃣Take your pointer finger on the other (right) hand and firmly press down on the middle finger of the sore arm
3️⃣Make sure you resist the push with that middle finger (so push up!)
4️⃣If that recreates your pain, then chances are you probably have tennis elbow 🤓
5️⃣Next step? Go see a physio and get some exercises and treatment.It’s always best to get it checked out in person first.
