Day 4 – From Sacred Sunrise to InnerVillage Harmony ✨
Morning meditation under the Namobuddha sun, evening sound healing at InnerVillage that touched every heart, and a joyful dance that filled the air with light. 🌞🎶💃

From the ancient beauty of Bhaktapur to the loving welcome at InnerVillage, where laughter, rice pudding, and nepali music reminded us — spirituality is not only silence, it’s celebration too. 🌿❤️

Day 3 unfolded like a living prayer at Namobuddha Monastery. 🌸

We began the morning joining the monks for their sacred rituals — the sound of chanting, the warmth of the rising sun, and the stillness that touched every heart.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were shared with the monks — simple food, and quiet smiles. 🕊️

The day flowed with gentle walks through the monastery paths, orange trees, and the golden fields of local farms. As the sun set, we sat together in silence — gazing at ten mighty Himalayan peaks, some soaring above 8,000 meters. 🏔️

There’s a love and care that fills this space — the way we listen, share, and simply be. This is not a regular retreat — it’s something rare, real, and deeply human. 💫

Day 2 🫶🏻 began with gentle morning yoga — a breath of calm before the rhythm of Kathmandu unfolded. 🌿

From the sacred stillness of Boudhanath, where prayer flags danced with the wind, to the deep emotions of Pashupatinath — life and impermanence met in silence and smoke. 🙏

By evening, we arrived at Namobuddha Monastery — embraced by the mountains, monks, and the golden glow of sunset. 💫

Today reminded us that every moment in Nepal carries both movement and meditation, both life and letting go.”

🌏✨ Opening Ceremony – 15-Day Spiritual Journey of Nepal Begins ✨
🌏 Namaste from Kathmandu, Nepal 🙏

Ten beautiful souls from around the world — Colombia, Norway, Spain, England, the Netherlands, and Nepal — gathered today at Shamling Boutique Hotel to begin this sacred 15-day journey across Nepal.

From the vibrant life of Kathmandu, through the serene monasteries of Namobuddha and InnerVillage, to the timeless silence of Upper Mustang near the Tibetan border — this is more than travel.
It’s a pilgrimage of awareness, connection, and transformation. 🌿

The ceremony began with mala, khada, and rudraksha — symbols of blessing, peace, and the inner path. 🌸

As the monk shared:

“Stay open, stay aware, and let Nepal teach you.”

And as Santosh reminded us:

“This journey is not just across mountains and valleys — it’s across cultures, hearts, and souls.”

Grateful, humbled, and ready to walk this path together — one step, one prayer, one sunrise at a time. 💫

We shared one of Nepal’s most beloved and heartwarming traditions — Rice Pudding Day (Kheer Day). 🍚💛
Together, we cooked, laughed, and learned the simple joy of creating something so meaningful — a bowl of love shared from our kitchen to everyone’s heart.

Kheer, a sacred and symbolic food in Nepal, reminds us that sweetness comes from togetherness — from stirring the pot side by side, tasting, smiling, and celebrating life’s little blessings. 🙏

Everyone agreed — the taste was incredible! But even more beautiful was the feeling of connection, culture, and care that filled the air. 🌸

Today we celebrate Kukur Tihar — a special day in Nepal dedicated to honoring dogs for their loyalty, love, and protection. 🐶💛

At InnerVillage, we joined this beautiful tradition — offering flowers, tika, and gratitude to our furry friends who walk beside us every day with silent wisdom and unconditional love. 🌼🐕

In Nepali culture, dogs are seen as messengers of faithfulness — a reminder to love without condition and to protect with heart. 🌿

May we all learn from them — to live with kindness, loyalty, and presence. 💫
