✅ 15 days — hills of Kathmandu Valley
✅ 15 days — lowlands of Dharan
✅ 15 days — back to mid-altitude Kathmandu

This smart grind powered him to the podium 🥉 — and now he’s heading to Gosaikunda (high altitude) for his final prep before the Asia Trail Master Championship Finals! 🌍🔥
