Osteoporosis is the killing disease of elderly patients! Prevention is better than cure. We do have GE Dexa machine to measure osteoporosis. Correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment is the key for bone health. It is possible to delay bone weakening by exercise along with médical management and correct spinal issues with kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty.

Uttam Prasad Upadhyaya Buwa stepped to his 79th years of age today. He got left knee joint replacement almost 2 years ago and right knee joint replacement one week ago. We could discharge him today on the 79th birthday. Happy Birthday to him. We could sing Birthday Songs together. He has such a great energy that he could walk comfortably. He has a mission for his life. He has to accomplish some book writing. Making life worth living is our motto! May God give him many more happy birthdays.
