सम्माननीय प्रधानमन्त्री एवं स्वास्थ्य तथा जनसङ्ख्या मन्त्री सुशीला कार्कीज्यूको मिति २०८२/०७/०२ को निर्णयबाट स्वास्थ्य तथा जनसंख्या मन्त्रालयका अतिरिक्त स्वास्थ्य सचिव प्रा. डा. श्रीकृष्ण श्रेष्ठको संयोजकत्वमा सरोकारवालाहरू सम्मिलित १४ सदस्यीय समिती गठन गरिएको छ । यो समितीले नर्सहरू एवम् स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरुको सेवा-सुविधा, कार्य वातावरण र अन्य समस्याको समाधानका लागि सुझाव सहितको प्रतिवेदन ७ कार्य दिनभित्र पेस गर्ने कार्यादेश प्राप्त गरेको छ।
सो समितिको मिति २०८२/०७/०२ को पहिलो बैठकले आन्दोलनरत नर्सहरुले उठाएका समस्याहरुको बिषयमा स्थलगत अनुगमन एबम छलफल गरि समस्या समाधानका लागि उपयुक्त सुझाव पेश गर्ने गरि सातवटै प्रदेशमा नेपाल नरसिंग संघको संयोजकत्वमा प्रदेशको स्वास्थ्य हेर्ने मन्त्रालयका प्रतिनिधि, जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयका प्रतिनिधि र आन्दोलनरत नर्सहरुको प्रतिनिधिको सहभागीता रहने गरी अनुगमन समिति गठन गरेको छ।
लामो समयदेखि पटक पटक उठिरहेको यो बिषयको स्थायी समाधानको लागि समितिका सवै सरोकारवाला सदस्यहरुको पूर्ण सहभागिता र सहमति आवश्यक हुन्छ ।छोटो समयावधि पाएको यो समितिले भर्चुअल वा भौतिक उपस्थिति दुवैमा निरन्तर छलफल गर्ने सहमति गर्नु भएकोमा सवै सदस्यज्यूहरुलाई धन्यवाद छ।यस कार्यमा सम्बन्धित सबै सरोकारवालाहरुवाट सकारात्मक सहयोग र रचनात्मक सुझावको मन्त्रालय अपेक्षा गर्दछ ।
