SERVICE ENGINEER:

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Field service engineers will be responsible to respond customer service calls and perform on-site/off-site repairs.
They will conduct Install new equipment by establishing, calibrating, testing performance, troubleshooting, Replacement & provide technical support services.
His/her responsibilities will also include maintaining service/ Prepare Installation reports, weekly logs, and expense reports.
Deal with technical queries from hospitals and doctors and give advice on new and existing equipment
Performing Preventive maintenance, AMC & CMC contracts etc.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Bachelors in Electronic and Communication
Diploma in Electronic and communication or Diploma Bio med equipment Technician
Bachelors in Biomedical engineer & B.E in Electrical
Professional Skill Required:
Communication Negotiation Analytical /General Microsoft Office Package / Preferable experience in Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices /Biomedical engineer

SALES MANAGER:

The incumbent will be responsible achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Establishing, promoting and maintaining companyβs brand to generate business
Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to ex*****on
Managing the training session for the subordinate

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Bachelorβs Degree in any Business Discipline or Healthcare field
Graduate in Biology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biomedical and relevant fields

At least 5 years of sales experience. And at least 3 year of experience as managing sales team. (OR Fresher can apply).
Medical Sales Experience is Highly preferred
