Chiang Mai | 15:00–18:00

Beyond techniques and modalities, the quality of a session is shaped by how we prepare, how we relate, how we intervene, and how we complete.

The Attuned Facilitator Training focuses on these essential elements through practical, body-based exploration and direct application

The 4 Sessions

Session 1 — Preparation & Ritual
Personal readiness, nervous system orientation, intention, and internal boundaries.

Session 2 — Holding Presence
Relational awareness, pacing, steadiness, and tracking shifts in individuals and groups.

Session 3 — Voice & Discernment in Action
Timing, tone, intervention, silence, and responding with clarity and precision.

Session 4 — Boundaries, Closing & Aftercare
Completion, integration, practitioner sustainability, and maintaining clear professional edges.

Sacred Cœur — 3-Month online embodied practice

After sitting with the question of how to inhabit the heart, it feels right to open this container.

Sacred Cœur is a three-month exploration of the astral field and the living heart — an embodied alchemy practice drawing from Qi Gong, somatics, Rajanaka Ta**ra, and Buddhist teachings.

This is a space to:
• Work with the astral body
• Recognize patterns without being driven by them
• Cultivate the heart as inner territory
• Move from awareness rather than reaction

A committed practice of inhabiting what is already alive within you.

What if touch could be a conversation, not just a technique?

We are happy to invite you to our upcoming 8-day residential Thai Massage training in Sicily — an immersive experience rooted in listening, presence, and direct, felt experience

Thai Massage Training – An embodied approach to touch and facilitation

This immersion offers an opportunity to experience Thai Massage beyond form and technique — guided by sensitivity, curiosity, and presence. It welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners who feel drawn to slow down, refine perception, and let touch emerge from relationship rather than routine.

What makes this training distinct is its focus on listening and communication between bodies as the core skill, supported by facilitation tools that help you integrate your training, sensory awareness, and intuition seamlessly into your offerings. Touch is explored as an ongoing dialogue, where technique serves perception rather than replaces it. Daily yoga, meditation, and somatic practices help you tune into your own body and nervous system, allowing communication—both verbal and tactile—to arise from clarity, presence, and grounded awareness.

The training is facilitated by Gabi Flores and Clara Reichertz and takes place in a quiet natural setting near San Vito lo Capo. Living and practicing together, supported by nature and shared meals, allows the work to unfold as a fully embodied experience.

The group will be limited to 10 participants to ensure an intimate learning environment with individual guidance and plenty of hands-on practice.

📅 September 19–27, 2026
📍 Frascino Ufficinali, San Vito lo Capo, Sicily

The training will be held in English. German, Italian, and Spanish are also spoken.

Only 10 spots available!

If you feel called, write to us for more details, pricing, and the application form. We invite interested participants to a short call to meet each other and answer questions before confirming your place.

How do I inhabit the heart space?

In the last months, I’ve sensed my heart is not fully open to its potential. And still, I feel that living from a more open space would lessen the pull toward impatience, miscommunication, or reactivity.

The inquiry that lives in me this year is simple, yet deep: How do I inhabit the heart space?
Not as an idea.
Not as a concept.
Not as a feeling I try to generate.

We all carry attitudes shaped by our stories, by conscious and unconscious decisions. To explore this, we enter an inner space — the heart space — like opening a Pandora’s box.
In some cases, it is open. In others, it feels distant, protected, unfamiliar. And even when it is open, the question remains: how aware am I of what lives there, moves there, and shapes my relationships — with others, and with myself?

For me, this exploration is not about fixing anything. It’s about becoming intimate with a living energy space that dances with our spirit.

The inquiry continues: From where inside am I seeing? From where am I listening? From where am I touching, speaking, choosing?

To inhabit the heart space asks for a quality of presence:
Not performance.
Not emotional display.

At least with yourself, the mask can come off — and masks get dusty.
There is no need to show up wise, soft, loving, or open. This is an inner exploration.
Living from the heart is often confused with living from emotions. Feeling a lot does not mean living from the heart. As my teachers have shared, it begins when we stop being organized by our stories — when life is met more directly, from a quieter inner space.
From there, something opens.
Not dramatically.
But honestly.
A subtle freedom appears.

This exploration doesn’t require study or intellectual effort. It is meditative, energetic. The elements assist us. What is needed is a willingness to enter — again and again — that space where spirit and the bodies meet.
Sometimes, when it feels difficult, I meet people who clearly inhabit that space — like nuns whose presence speaks without words. They remind me it is possible.

It is worth it.

So maybe we begin here:
not by doing more,
but by gently learning how to inhabit
what already lives

To become-water is not to surrender in despair. It is to dissolve into relation. To learn that fixing is not the only mode of response. That maybe, when the world is burning, the most radical thing is not to organize against it, but to disappear differently. To unlearn the house. To soak into the cracks. To become the unnamed thing that fire cannot touch.”
— Bayo Akomolafe
On Becoming-Water

This week, in the Vital online practice, we are exploring the element of water. Listening from the elements.
Today I came across this reflection and couldn’t help but connect it to the kind of water moving through my own life, the water that invites me not to harden in moments of pain or chaos.
Not to respond against what is happening, but to enter into relationship with it.
Again and again, I hear how difficult it is to unlearn the need to fix. How challenging it can be to loosen a fixed identity, a role, or a structure we have learned to inhabit and to allow ourselves to appear differently.

To unlearn the house.
To unlearn the house.
(I repeat it out loud, and my body quietly says yes. I like this phrase.)

To become more permeable. To let even the pores of the skin breathe this quality of water. Our cells match that vibration.

As Douglas Brooks reflects through his study of the Book of the Dead: when identity drops, when the idea of a separate self loosens, nothing can truly be destroyed—because we are no longer holding ourselves as something fixed. We are nothing, and everything, at the same time.

Thanks .akomolafe for the gift of your contemplation

Attention is not a command. It is a homecoming.

We’ve been conditioned to think that "paying attention" means tensing up—the kind of rigid focus we were taught in school where we had to sit still and ignore our own bodies.

But what if attention wasn't a chore? What if it was a gentle, somatic listening?

This January, I’m hosting a 4-week online series designed to move us out of concepts and into direct experience. Rather than working with ideas, we work with felt reality: how vital energy organizes our perception, movement, and presence.

Nothing to prove. Nowhere to get to.

Each week, we use the Internal Alchemy of Qi Gong to meet a different element as a lived quality of awareness:

* 🌳 Earth — Rooted Presence: Stability as embodied orientation.
* 🌊 Water — Receptive Awareness: Sensitivity and responding without resistance.
* 🌬️ Air — Attentive Presence: Clarity of perception and how attention organizes experience.
* 🔥 Fire — Embodied Action: Inner drive expressed through alignment rather than impulse.

The Container:
This is an intentionally intimate circle. I have chosen to keep the group size small to ensure we have the space for real depth, somatic listening, and shared integration during our time together.

Details:

* 🗓️ Starts Wednesday, January 7th (and every Wednesday in Jan)
* 💻 75-minute live sessions on Zoom
* 🎥 Recordings available for one week
* 💶 Cost: 120 € (Financial support available—just reach out)

Take your place in our circle. Last days to register

🌞 January Online Series · Vital Energy Practices
How do we want to inhabit our bodies and inner life this year?
This 4-week online series is an invitation to move beyond concepts and into direct experience — meeting vital energy as it lives in sensation, attention, and subtle movement.
Rather than working with ideas, we work with felt reality: how energy organizes perception, movement, choice, and presence in daily life.
Each week we explore one element — not symbolically, but as a lived quality of awareness, guided by principles of Internal Alchemy and embodied practice.

Weekly Elemental Focus

🌳Earth — Rooted Presence
Stability as embodied orientation. Inhabiting form, relating to gravity, and sensing support without effort.

🌊Water — Receptive Awareness
Sensitivity and permeability. Learning to feel, listen inwardly, and respond without collapse or resistance.

🌬️Air — Attentive Presence
Clarity of perception and discernment. How attention moves, connects, and organizes experience.

🔥Fire — Embodied Action
Inner drive expressed through the body. Acting from alignment rather than impulse; intention in motion.

The Practice
Each live session includes:
– Somatic and awareness-based practices
– Internal Alchemy of Qi Gong
– Subtle movement and stillness
– 15 minutes of shared reflection / integration

During the week, you’ll also receive simple prompts, reflections, or small practices to continue meeting the element in daily life, supporting integration beyond the session.
This is not about fixing or improving yourself.
It is about meeting what is already alive in you — and learning to relate to it with clarity, sensitivity, and presence.

Details
• 75-minute live sessions on Zoom
• Once a week · 4 weeks
• Recording available for one week
If the cost is financially challenging, please reach out — we can talk.

Wild Geese

You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves. Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine. Meanwhile the world goes on. Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain are moving across the landscapes, over the prairies and the deep trees, the mountains and the rivers. Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air, are heading home again. Whoever you are, no matter how lonely, the world offers itself to your imagination, calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting – over and over announcing your place in the family of things.
(Mary Oliver)

Practicing with a wonderful tree guided by . Each practice she invites us to soften the grip of thoughts and feel, through direct experience, our place within the interconnection of all living beings—seen and unseen—unfolding another way of relating.

Many years ago, in my early 20s in Buenos Aires, I found Kundalini yoga. It felt like entering another dimension, but soon I realized I was forcing energy instead of listening to what was already there.

Later, Hatha yoga taught me to explore without rushing, to let the body open in its own time. I discovered yoga it’s about freedom from the pull of the mind.

Teachers and travels shaped me: Jesse Barlow, Douglas Brooks, Elena Brower, Rod Styker and many others. Studying and discussing Bhagavad Gita, one of the most important texts in yoga, exposed me that neutrality doesn’t exist—if you don’t take a stand, you’re already supporting the tyrants in power. Yes, yoga is reacted to your community so how you engage socially and politically matters.

Today my practice is breath as vitality—not forcing, not hyperventilating—just a yin way of softening, where the body decides how it wants to open. Each class unfolds differently, depending on what is truly needed.

In a few days, I’ll be teaching at the —no mats, just the beach, the sea and even maybe some noise. Casual, simple, human. A chance to remember that the body is a sacred instrument and that luminous light is always alive within us.
