After 25 years of prayers, patience and countless emotions our little warrior born at 30weeks, preterm, RDS B/O Mina Adhikari, s*x- female , birth weight - 1.65kg has graduated from Om Hospital, NICU ward after 30days. This miracle overcame ventiator support , surfactant therapy and machinary bubble cpap.
We are over joyed to send this little one home healthy and ready to thrive.

"Where miracles are measured in grams and heartbeats , two babies , one 29 weeks, preterm, RDS Baby of Phurbu Kumari Thapa who stayed form 32 days and similarly 31 weeks,Preterm,RDS, Baby of Jiwan Kumari Tamang who stayed for 21 days both have been graduated from NICU. These tiniest warriors overcame ventilator support, surfactant therapies .We, NICU team are proud to give both the babies previously wrapped in wires and courage to now cuddles without cords.

After a courageous fight and 72 days in the NICU, our brave 26week Extermely preterm,extremely low birth weight with neonatal sepsis ,severe PPHN resolved, birth weight: 720gm,male baby b/o Reeta Thapaliya is finally going home! 💖
The baby received ventilator support, surfactant therapy, and round-the-clock care.

Three pairs of 32 weeks preterm RDS,twins—each a precious boy and girl—and one brave little boy have been successfully discharged from our NICU after a remarkable journey. From fighting for their lives on ventilators to resting safely in their mothers’ arms, these seven little warriors have come a long way.

We are overjoyed to have played a role in their recovery and to witness their transformation. Congratulations to the new moms and dads—we’re honoured and blessed to be a part of your story.

It's another proud moment for our NICU,om hospital.
We are saying a very happy goodbye to B/O Roji Shrestha,26 wks, preterm, female baby after 60days of NICU stay.
Baby struggled with severe respiratory distress needing surfactant therapies, mechanical ventilator support during first 2 weeks. Baby also struggled with feeding intolerance initially.
We are delighted to discharge the baby with good health condition including eye, echocardiogram, head ultrasound screening and monitoring.
We are thankful to the parents for their patience and cooperation with us. We are proud of NICU team that was headed by our senior Paediatrician Dr. Rita Singh, Senior Paediatrician Dr. Uma gurung, neonologist Dr.Astha Singh, entire doctors team and NICU nursing team.
Thank you all for all your dedication, hard work and support to bring the successful outcome.

Congratulations on your two beautiful warrior twins discharge from NICU.
B/O Sujita thapa ,28 WOG,Preterm, twin, precious babies (Twin 1 : Female,with Birth weight of 1.28 kg,DX:Preterm @28 Wog with RDS with SGA with NEC and Twin 2: Male with Birth weight of 1 kg ,DX:Preterm @28 wog with RDS with SGA with prolonged hypoglycemia with hypoinsulinemia)admitted under Senior Paediatrician Dr. Rita Singh and Neonatologist Dr Astha Singh NICU ward Om Hospital,Senior Gyanecologist DrJageshwor Gautam and Dr. Sabina Shrestha .

Both were on surfactant therapy and mechanical ventilator support.

After 48 days long stay,both are being happily discharged.Twin 1 with weight of 1.54 kg and Twin 2 with weight of 1.5 kg.

Being blessed with twin after 10 years is a marvel indeed.Wishing your family endless joy, good health,and all the happiness in the world as your both babies continue to grow stronger everyday.
