Bhanu Gurudev delivered his address as the Distinguished Speaker at the 2025 STAR Global Conference in Istanbul, Türkiye 🇹🇷. The conference was attended by education leaders and professors from dozens of countries all over the world. Gurudev highlighted the reasons of rising mental and emotional health issues in higher education in the world today, and brought home the message that only spirituality and meditation will make education more meaningful and today’s students compassionate and caring leaders of the planet tomorrow.
Gurudev also trained selected professors and students as Academic Wellness Ambassadors who will teach and spread the message of wellness, spirituality, meditation and mental-emotional wellbeing in the educational institutions and societies across the globe.

श्रद्धेय रमेश गुरुदेवको दिव्य सन्देश – ‘ध्यान बिना तनाव मुक्त जीवन सम्भव छैन ।’
प्रहरी वृत्त थिमीले २०८२ असोज २३ गते आयोजना गरेको ‘पूर्ण स्वास्थ्यका लागि स्वजागरण’ कार्यक्रममा गुरुदेवले मानिस पूर्ण रूपमा स्वस्थ रहन दैनिक योग, ध्यान गर्नुपर्ने बताउँदै ध्यानले मात्र मानिसले तनाव मुक्त जीवन बाँच्न सकिने बताउनु भएको हो ।
नकारात्मक मनलाई ध्यानले सकारात्म बनाउने बताउँदै गुरुदेवले जीवन विज्ञानका प्रशिक्षकहरूले हरेक दिन योग ध्यान निःशुल्क सिकाउँदै आएको जानकारी दिनुभयो । कार्यक्रममा जीवन विज्ञानका प्रशिक्षकहरूले योग र ध्यानको अभ्याससमेत गराएका थिए ।
मध्यपुर थिमी नगरपालिका वडा नं. ६ र जीवन विज्ञान परिषद् भक्तपुरको सहकार्यमा भएको कार्यक्रममा प्रहरी वृत्त थिमीका सम्पूर्ण प्रहरीका साथै जनप्रतिनिधि र स्थानीयको उत्साहजनक सहभागिता थियो ।
