Dear People,

This situation is far from simple. Many of our youth have lost their lives, and hundreds have been injured. This is your blood, and you need to be cautious. What you experienced over the past two days was extremely difficult. As a doctor who volunteered during this time at Civil Service Hospital, I can assure you that it was tough for us as well. We witnessed our younger generation being shot in the chest and head, Nepal Police entering the hospital with guns, and even a senior doctor being physically assaulted. It was a nightmare.

As a doctor who understands the value of life, I want to emphasise that the blood on the aprons of professionals like me serves as a reminder of what Nepal has lost and of the contributions made by our young brothers and sisters. Please, do not politicise this tragedy. Do not use the blood of our generation to promote your political career. Let our youth decide what they want! They have the right to challenge the system and demand the kind of country they visualise, as long as it aligns with national interests. They should be free to determine their path.

Support them, stand by them, and let them finalise their path. Our country cannot remain in unrest for much longer. Please reach an appropriate conclusion soon.

भोलि हजुरहरूको दिन हो ! आफ्नो आवाज उठाउँदा सभ्य, जिम्मेवार र शान्त रहनुहोला । प्रहरी वा अन्य कानुन कार्यान्वयन गर्ने निकायहरुसँग सहकार्य गर्दै सहभागी हुनुहोला । आफ्नो सुरक्षालाई पहिलो प्राथमिकतामा राख्दै वरपरका साथीहरूको सुरक्षाका बारेमा पनि ध्यान दिनुहोला ।

यदि सहयोगको आवश्यकता परेमा नजिकैका अस्पताल वा चिकित्सकहरुलाई सम्पर्क गर्न नहिचकिचाउनुहोला । हामी हजुरहरूकै लागि खुला हृदयका साथ सदैव उपस्थित रहनेछौँ ।

हाम्रो Gen Z जागृत भएकोमा हामीलाई गर्व छ । नेपालको विकासमा हजुरहरूको भूमिका अत्यन्तै महत्वपूर्ण छ, हजुरहरू नै हाम्रो भविष्य हो ! ३ करोड नेपाली नागरिकहरूको अन्तिम आशा हजुरहरू नै हुनुहुन्छ ।

Tomorrow is your day! Please be respectful, civic, and cooperate with law enforcement while you participate. Make sure to prioritize your safety and that of those around you. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to any hospital or doctor; we will be there for you with open hearts!

We are proud that our Gen Z has finally awakened. Your role in the development of Nepal is crucial, you are our future! You are the last hope for 3 crore Nepali citizens.
