🌅 Chhath Puja 2025: Worshiping the Sun God (Surya Dev) 🙏
Today, we observe Chhath Puja, one of the most sacred and ancient Hindu festivals dedicated to the Sun God, Surya Dev, and Chhathi Maiya (the sister of the Sun God and Goddess of Nature).

This rigorous four-day festival is a profound expression of gratitude for sustaining life on Earth. Devotees honor the Sun God by offering Arghya (offerings of water and milk) at sunset and sunrise, standing in rivers or ponds.

Chhath Puja reminds us to value the vital energy of nature, embrace purity, and uphold discipline through fasting and deep devotion.

तिहारको चौथो दिनमा हामी गोवर्धन पूजा मनाउँछौं। यस दिन विशेषगरी गोबरको पर्वत बनाई गोवर्धन पर्वतको पूजा गरिन्छ। यसको साथै, गोवर्धन पर्वत र कृष्ण भगवान्ले गहिरो सम्बन्ध राख्दछन्।

यो पर्वले हामीलाई भगवान् श्रीकृष्णको महिमा सम्झाउँछ र प्रकृति, विशेषगरी गाईवस्तु र माटोको महत्त्व दर्शाउँछ। हामीले आफ्ना गाईवस्तुहरूलाई पूजा गरी उनीहरूप्रति आभार व्यक्त गर्दछौं।

तिहारको तेस्रो दिन हामी गाईको पूजा गरी गाई तिहार मनाउँछौं। हिन्दू धर्ममा गाईलाई लक्ष्मीको स्वरूप मानिन्छ र माताको स्थान दिइन्छ।

गाईले हामीलाई दूध, दही र गोबर जस्ता बहुमूल्य वस्तुहरू प्रदान गरेर जीवन धान्न सहयोग पुर्याउँछिन्। यस पवित्र दिनमा हामी गाईलाई फूलको माला, टीका र मीठा खानेकुराहरू अर्पण गरी उहाँको निस्वार्थ योगदान प्रति कृतज्ञता व्यक्त गर्दछौं।

Our Story

À la carte is a French-language phrase meaning "according to the menu", and used in restaurant terminology as: 'A reference to a menu of items priced and ordered separately with lots of choices for customers.'

Established in 2007, A-la-carte Hospitality has been working with the prime objective of bench-marking the Nepalese hospitality industry by producing the required human resources with skill, knowledge, and attitude in vocational areas. Since its inception, A-la-carte has been providing a wide range of training related to the hospitality sector, especially for those who want to pursue short term hospitality training with speedy jobs in varied subdivisions of the hotel industry such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Production, Food & Beverage Service, Bar-tending and Front Office.

To its extension, A-la-carte has been focusing on Higher Diploma related vocational courses in General Hotel Management and Culinary Arts.
