SabailaiCup was proud to partner with a passionate young change-makers, Kalpana Bastola and Ranjita Dhakal who led a menstrual cup education session in Solukhumbu. SabailaiCup supported the project by providing educational materials and survey tools to help guide conversations and measure impact. The project benefited around 200 students from Shree Kedar Secondary School and Himal Darshan Secondary School, helping them learn about menstrual health with confidence and care.

Love seeing this movement grow through collaboration and shared purpose — one cup, one conversation, one classroom at a time.

We started this series back in May for Menstrual Hygiene Day, but honestly… why stop now? Period stories deserve space — all year round. 🩸❤️ matters

She has already helped around 300 girls and teachers. She says, “I initiate this to make sure that no girl in Nepal misses school or college because of her period.” ❤️
