Know Yourself Workshop Held at National College, Kathmandu

A special “Know Yourself” workshop was successfully conducted at National College, Kathmandu, focusing on self-awareness, emotional healing, and mindfulness.

The session was led by Reiki Grand Master and Life Coach Adarsha Pradhan, who guided participants through powerful awareness sessions, practical exercises, and deep meditation practices to help them reconnect with their true inner self.

Adding a serene dimension to the event, Nature Healer Shruti Rai conducted a singing bowl healing session, creating a calm and harmonious atmosphere for all attendees.
