Taking another step towards preventing cervical cancer in our communities. Under the Cervical Cancer Screening and Prevention (CCSP) Program, a VIA Triage Camp was conducted at Dharan Ward No. 15 as part of the regular HPV/DNA screening initiative.

Organized in coordination with Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City, Karuna Foundation Nepal remains committed to ensuring early detection and accessible screening services for women.

A productive learning visit took place as the team from Bangladesh explored Nepal’s practices under the Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Program (DPRP). The engagement fostered meaningful two-way learning, with thoughtful discussions, shared perspectives, and constructive suggestions from the visiting team. The field visit to Haldibari Rural Municipality, Jhapa included interactions at the palika office, school visits, and meetings with beneficiaries. The team also had a wonderful interaction with the National Federation of Disabled-Nepal (NFDN).
