✅ Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issue
and concerns.
✅ Meet or exceed performance targets, such as call volume and
resolution time.
✅ Provide feedback to CEO on customer issues, concerns, and
trends.
✅ Reporting of monthly CRM details.
✅ Assisting team in stock management and tracking the records
and coordinating with account department as well.
✅ Assisting in CV screening and interview scheduling.
✅ Ensure complete documentation of all the employees of DOC
✅ Assisting employees in completing their documentation,
Joining formalities and exit formalities.
✅ Freshers are encouraged to apply!
