A 5 yrs male child, haemodynamically unstable was refered to our center diagnosed as erythroderma cause pustular psoriasis.The child was admitted given immunosuppressants with good nursing care and proper body temperature regulation. The child now is haemodynamically stable and is responding well ( improving) , is on 7 day of admission. Pic : before and after
