At the moment NRL has its fully functioning branches in Maharajgunj(Kathmandu), Biratnagar, Birtamod, Butwal, Chitwan, and Pokhara situated in prime locations. The concept of National Reference laboratory (NRL) was conceived by a group of skilled ,experienced and qualified professionals. NRL's mission is to create health awareness at the national level and make general people understand "the charm of the healthy living " We have set up a world class facility to provide quality diagnostic reports. We have come up with a 3T approach that can be described as follows:

-Technology:

The entire process in NRL is achieved through the cutting edge technology and integrated automation.Thus ,the human intervention is minimized to get an accurate report. Performance calibration, validation and documentation of the equipment are conducted in the time to ensure better quality.

-Technologist:

Our qualified, experienced and skilled technologist have made our goal easier. A core group of reputed laboratory professionals are involved in the system to ensure the efficiency in delivering the report ,and introducing wide range of tests. Our team and our company shares the same feeling of improving the healthcare services in the country.

-Techniques:

We strictly follow the internationally accepted standard operating procedures(SOP) and work under the WHO Good Laboratory Practices(GLP) to ensure quality throughout the process.We have introduced eco friendly vacuum tubes that enable the sample to be free from contamination. Use of such eco friendly disposables also proves our commitment for the preservation of our environment.

*All our laboratories are open from 7am to make early-morning tests more convenient and improve patient access outside work hours.
