Founded in the year 1984, TCPL is well reputed and most respected construction company in the business community. TCPL values more to its employees and strongly believes in unlimited potential of its human resources. This company is very grateful to its charismatic leader, Mr. Rishi Prasad Subedi for challenging the construction process and taking risks. He envisioned an uplifting and enabling future for people engaged in construction business. "Where there is a will, there is a way." After couple of years of experience and hard struggle he founded his own company as a Managing Director cm Chairman in 1984. He modeled the way by achieving the small wins that promote consistent progress and build commitment. This private limited has employed about one thousand regular full time employees in different capacities and has maintained sufficient skilled manpower. Its organizational set up and work frame are designed in such as to give higher quality service for construction related works. The company has its own owned modern heavy equipments and constructional plants for any size and volume of work to perform in an efficient manner and in stipulated time period. The company posses wide range of construction plants and equipments. Quality, cost efficient and timely construction are three major slogan of the company. The highly qualified engineers, managers backed up with modern construction plants and equipments are ever supporting the company to achieve its goal. TCPL is undertaking International Competitive Bidding (ICB) projects mostly funded by World Bank (WB) , Asian Development Bank (ADB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), Nepal Government, United States Aid For International Development (USAID), United Nations Development Project (UNDP), Eye Care Worldwide (ECW ) , the Netherlands and other donor organizations funded projects.. TCPL is committed to quality work and believes that the rewards come only from the greatest commitment.
