We the Mokshya is one of the pioneers in Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, and Sound Healing. Our mission is to help achieve a quality life by managing stress and tension in the body and mind. Prabita Tamrakar, since January 09, 2022, with the vision of bringing balance into daily lifestyle. We do so through our Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, and Sound Healing Therapy classes. Spirituality is another addition that we provide in our healing sessions. We have well-known and professional instructors who organize and teach our courses. Our team also focuses on practitioners' learning with the use of various unique instruments such as singing bowls, tingshas, gongs, etc. (You can find more about these instruments at - Mokshya Shop )

Mokshya directive is provided through a set of workshops. Our training ranges from 15 days (360 hours) to 30 days (720 hours) for Yoga and 4 to 6 days for a sound healing course. We are not providing any training for Reiki as of now but offer Reiki healing sessions. The recurring contributions of instructors, practitioners, and clients are the main ingredients in furthering the goals of Mokshya. Over time, we have seen many peopleโ€™s lives improve through our methods and findings. Our team has been doing wonderful work with this enjoyable, creative, and effective modality. We acknowledge the trouble clients face while finding a specifically engineered singing bowl, therapy items, and other handicrafts items, hence we also offer a wide variety of quality products for sale.
