🧠 GCS Low, Tracheostomy र NG Feeding भएका Coma बिरामीका लागि Oral Stimulation र Swallow Training🎯 उद्देश्य: • मुखको Sensory जागरण (oral stimulation) बढाउने • चपाउने र निल्ने Reflex पुनः सक्रिय बनाउने • भविष्यमा मुखबाट खान सिकाउने तयारी गर्ने⸻🩺 Stepwise Approach 1. Oral Hygiene र Moisture Maintenance: • हरेक २–३ घण्टामा गज वा स्पन्जले मुख सफा गर्ने • ग्लिसरिन वा पानीले भिजाएको कपासले मुख ओसिलो राख्ने 2. Oral Stimulation सुरु गर्ने: • Lemon (कागती) वा Lollipop जस्तो हल्का स्वाद भएको चिज जिब्रो र गाला वरिपरि लगाउने • यसले Taste buds र Saliva secretion सक्रिय गर्छ • सुरुमा बिरामीले प्रतिक्रिया नदिए पनि निरन्तरता दिनु जरुरी छ 3. Swallow Reflex Training: • जब बिरामीले मुख हल्लाउने, जिब्रो चलाउने वा थोरै प्रतिक्रिया देखाउने गर्छ भने👉 कागती वा मिठो स्वादको पानी हल्का रूपमा ओठमा लगाउने • “निल” भन्ने शब्द प्रयोग गर्दै verbal cue दिन सकिन्छ (बारम्बार सिकाउने) • Tongue depressor वा cotton bud ले हल्का touch stimulation गर्न सकिन्छ 4. Primary Role:

To provide comprehensive nursing care and assist in both natural and modern (Allopathic) treatment procedures within an integrative hospital environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Deliver patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of medical officers and specialists.

•Provide tracheostomy care, NG (nasogastric) feeding, wound dressing, hygiene and skin care, Foley’s catheter care, bed sore management, and suctioning.

•Monitor vital signs, fluid intake/output, and patient progress daily.

•Support therapeutic procedures including Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Acupuncture, and Allopathic treatments.

Maintain and update:

•Medical Drug Index – record of medicines, dosages, and stock updates.
•Treatment Index – documentation of therapies, modalities, and progress reports.
•Clinical and Healing Indicators – parameters for patient recovery, wellness outcomes, and effectiveness of holistic treatment plans.
•Ensure infection control, safety, and compassionate patient handling at all times.

Qualifications:
• Certified ANM / CMA / Staff Nurse from a recognized council or institution.
• Experienced or interested in Integrative, Holistic, or Natural Healing Practices.
• Dedicated, empathetic, and capable of working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
