Ashok Kumar Mahato is a consultant in the field of Ayurveda and has an experience of over 10 years in this field. He is currently practising as consultant Ayurveda physician in his own clinic , 'Himalaya Ayurveda Clinic' . He has completed his graduation of Ayurveda medicine and surgery (B.A.M.S) from Ayurveda campus Kirtipur, I.O.M., Kathmandu, Nepal, the pioneer institute of Ayurveda in Nepal. (Ayurveda) from IPGT & RA, Gujrat Ayurveda university, Jamnagar, India. It is the first institute, where post graduation study in Ayurveda is started. He has also done ksharsutra training for Ano-rectal diseases (e.g. Podar
medical college, Worli , Mumbai. He has also done panchakarma (detoxification therapy) training from Kerala,India. In addition to these, he has gained the experience of many eminent Ayurveda practitioners in his initial practising years.
