थोरै समय त निकाल,
डिजिटल पर्दा एकछिन बन्द गर,
आँखा आकाशतिर उठाऊ
र सुन्न प्रयास गर—

पक्षीको मधुर चिरबिर,
हावाको नर्म सुस्केरा,
र आफ्नै मुटुको पवित्र धड्कन।

त्यो एक क्षणमा अनुभूति हुनेछ—
साँचो शान्ति के हो,
गहिरो आनन्द कहाँ लुकेको छ।

जसलाई तिमीले महँगा उपकरणमा,
उच्च पद प्रतिष्ठामा,
र ठूलो घरको चौडाइमा खोज्यौ—
उही त सहजै भेटिन्छ
प्रकृतिको कोमल काखमा।
