यस लर्ड बुद्ध एजुकेशनल एकेडेमी लि., कोहलपुरद्वारा संचालित नेपालगंज मेडिकल कलेज शिक्षण अस्पताल, कोहलपुरका लागि स्टाफ नर्स पदमा अन्तरवार्ता लिई मेरिटका आधारमा आवश्यकता अनुसार पद पूर्ती गर्नु पर्ने भएकाले तपसिल बमोजिमका योग्यता पुगेका ईच्छुक उम्मेदवारहरुलाई आवेदन फारम पेश गर्नु हुन यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराईन्छ ।
तपसिलः
(क) पदः स्टाफ नर्स
(ख) संख्याः आवश्यकता भए अनुसार
(ग) उमेरः ४५ वर्ष ननाघेको
(घ) परीक्षाको किसिमः अन्तरवार्ता
(ङ) अवधिः हांजिर भई काम सुरु गरेका मितिले १ वर्ष
(च) कार्य गर्नु पर्ने स्थानः नेपालगंज मेडिकल कलेज शिक्षण अस्पताल, कोहलपुर
(छ) तलब तथा अन्य सुविधा संस्थाको नियमानुसार हुनेछ ।

शैक्षिक योग्यताः

कम्तिमा पि.सि.एल. नर्सिङ्ग उत्तीर्ण गरेको हुनु पर्नेछ ।

अन्य जानकारीः

१. बुझाउनु पर्ने आवश्यक प्रमाणपत्रहरुः ३ प्रति पासपोर्ट साईजको रंगीन फोटो, एस.इ.इ. देखि पि.सि.एल. नर्सङ्ग सम्मको शैक्षिक योग्यताको प्रमाणपत्रहरु, सम्बन्धित काउन्सिलमा दर्ता भएको दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र, नेपाली नागरिकता प्रमाणपत्रको प्रतिलिपि तथा प्यान नम्बरको प्रतिलिपि समेत आवेदन फारमको साथमा अनिवार्य बुझाउन पर्नेछ । अधुरो आवेदन फरमलाई समावेश गरिने छैन ।

२. आवेदन फारम एकेडेमीको कर्मचारी प्रशासन विभाग, शिक्षण अस्पताल, कोहलपुरबाट प्राप्त हुनेछ ।

३. आवेदन फारम मिति २०८२ फागुन १३ गते सम्ममा बुझाई सक्नु पर्नेछ ।

४. अन्तरवार्ता हुने मिति, स्थान र समय अर्को सूचना प्रकाशित गरी जानकारी गराईने छ ।
