NHCMCOMS successfully conducted Women’s Basketball Tournament on the auspicious occasion of International Women’s Day at the Manipal Teaching Hospital Basketball Court.

We would like to congratulate our winners "Team GMC Sapphire", and the runner-up"Team Phoenix" for their exceptional performance. Similarly, we extend our congratulations to all the other participating teams for showcasing commendable skills and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

A special note of gratitude goes to our dedicated volunteers, whose tireless efforts made this event a massive success.

Through this tournament, we aimed to foster a sense of friendship and womanhood while breaking the stereotype that women should always be shy and submissive. Instead, we seek to encourage women’s active participation in sports and empower them to embrace confidence and strength.

Successfully conducted a free health camp under project "AASHA" on February 22,2025 at Mahuja-20, Pokhara Metropolitan City. The team of 20 volunteers including resident doctors, intern doctors and MBBS students were able to conduct hypertension and diabetes screening of more than 125 people alongside providing them eye and general health check up.
NHC MCOMS is grateful to our co-organizer Pokhara Metropolitan City, Ward-20 , hospital partner Manipal College of Medical Sciences, and technical partner .
