It’s with so much excitement that I can finally share this with you…
Breathe is coming to Ponsonby.
We will officially be taking over in January 2026 🤍

This one feels incredibly special. East West is a studio I was lucky enough to teach at years ago, and it has held such a strong place in Auckland’s yoga community for almost two decades. Thank you to owners Sheryn & Amelia for your trust in me, I feel so lucky and honored to take East West into its new chapter with you all ✨️

What this means for you:
✨ Nothing at Breathe Albany is changing - we’re only growing.
✨ Your favourite teachers are staying exactly where they are.
✨ You may see some beautiful new faces joining our teaching whānau.
