Alexandra Health and Lisa Denny are incredibly proud to continue to offer first-class Physiotherapy, Massage, Acupuncture and advice for any health and injury concerns or queries that you may have. I have been based in the stunning Alexandra and Maniototo Community for the past 3 + years and still have an incredible passion and love for working alongside this community, and the support I have been shown continues to inspire me to provide the best services I can. I have a very strong background in rehabilitation, Sports injuries, and Education on how to stay fit and active as we come out of the cold winter months and head into more outside activities. We are surrounded by the great outdoors and now as the days get longer, warmer, and lighter people are starting to plan Spring and Summer activities in the garden and outdoors on bikes, hiking and other activities and family camping holidays. If you have any niggles that are worrying you regarding an injury, concern or a question on how to look after yourself with your day-to-day enjoyment of life, my door is always open and most of you know Larch (clinic Foxy) will greet you with her huge personality and wagging tail. I will continue to work alongside this amazing community and the welcoming people that drive it
