When your thoughts start looping and clarity feels out of reach, the simplest path forward is often through your body. Instead of thinking harder or weighing every option, pause and notice what your body already knows.

Take a slow, steady breath in through your nose, and exhale softly. Feel where your body holds tension and where it feels open. Tension is often your body’s quiet “no.” Ease, warmth, or relaxation can be its “yes.”

These sensations aren’t random — they’re part of your body’s natural guidance system. When you learn to trust this communication, decisions become simpler and your sense of balance deepens.

This is the essence of embodiment: staying connected, listening deeply, and allowing your body’s wisdom to guide the way.
