Hi, I am Helene and I am a registered remedial massage therapist (neuromuscular and myofascial techniques) and Pilates instructor. I love using hands-on techniques and Pilates principles to help people move better, feel better, and recover faster. It is my mission that you love

the body you have and regain and retain the strength, energy, and ability to do the things that you love to do. I believe that everybody deserves to have an exceptionally good functioning body.

I often think about bodies a little differently.

Everyboby is unique, and every body shows me a story.

This is what guides the way I work.

I take the time to observe, to understand how each body moves, where it feels restricted, and how it can find a more natural rhythm again.

There is no need to force.

π is the mathematical constant that defines every circle.

An elegant piece of mathematics that appears everywhere in physics, engineering… and biomechanics.
Why does this matter?
Because the human body is full of rotational systems:
· Joints moving through arcs and circles,
· Organs move and rotate around an axis.

Understanding movement and anatomy means understanding mechanics and precision, like when I was an air traffic controller, where precision and spatial awareness were essential every second.

Today, that same analytical mindset helps me look at the body:
· How it moves
· How it compensates
· And how small corrections can restore better function.

There are never just aches and pains...
The body adapts, and the brain copes until they can't anymore!

So today we celebrate π
the beautiful constant behind circles, movement, and synchronicity… and maybe a good pie.😁
