A woman once told me during a session,
“Lilly… I’ve been manifesting financial freedom for years.
I visualise it.
I journal it.
I dream about it.
But nothing changes.”

She looked disappointed with herself, as if she had failed at something she truly believed in.

I gently asked her,
“What does financial freedom feel like in your body?”
She didn’t answer she froze.

Because many of us dream of abundance…
but no one teaches us how to feel safe enough for it…
or disciplined enough to grow into it.

I see this every day:

✨ We dream big.
✨ We visualise.
✨ We pray.
✨ We hope something will shift.

But inside our nervous system, old patterns whisper:
“Hold back.”
“Don’t trust.”
“Don’t relax.”
“You don’t deserve that yet.”

And those subconscious voices can stop discipline in its tracks.

Here’s the truth so many people avoid:
Manifestation without discipline becomes daydreaming.
Discipline without healing becomes burnout.
But disciplined action + subconscious safety?
That’s where financial freedom begins.

Financial freedom isn't just about numbers.
It’s about learning to:

• make grounded decisions instead of emotional ones
• follow through instead of quitting when fear rises
• hold money without panicking it will disappear

4️⃣ With each number, let your shoulders drop a little more

Most people breathe from the chest — fast, shallow, rushed.
Your body thinks you’re in danger even when you’re not.

Diaphragmatic breathing switches the body out of fight-or-flight and into calm mode.

How to try it:

Sit back or lie down
Place one hand on your belly
Slowly inhale through your nose
Make your belly rise under your hand
Exhale gently (belly falls)

Do this for 10 slow breaths.

✅ Heart rate drops
✅ Muscles relax
✅ Mind gets clearer
✅ Body stops feeling “on edge”

It’s simple, quiet, and you can do it anywhere —
at your desk, in the car before a meeting, or before sleep.

My Story

I come from France and have been living in NZ for more than 7 years now with my Kiwi husband. Three years ago has been a new shift in my life, I wanted to create a business to help people feeling better in their body and free them from tensions. I decided to go to Australia studying ‘Raynor massage’ (recognised in Australia, NZ, Canada, South Africa, USA and UK). Diploma in hand, I created my business Body Mind Care (BMC) the following month. Body Mind Care is the beginning of a new journey offering a unique style of Massage therapy in Alexandra.

The massage I offer is a mix of shiatsu, deep tissue, aromatherapy. One hour massage will help releasing everyday tensions but if you become a regular client, it can go deeper toward body healing. Our body is a memories storage. Sometimes memories can be traumatic and ‘encrypted’ in particular areas in your bodies and ‘block’ your energy flow. By releasing the tensions, you allow your body energy to flow and free yourself in the same process.

In May 2019 I graduated as a BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) hypnotherapist. It is part of quantum hypnosis and is very similar to QHHT hypnosis (created by Dolores Canon). A Quantum Hypnosis session is a form of hypnosis that will bring you to a very calm, relaxed minded state. Your brainwaves will oscillate between Alpha and Theta waves, depending on the level of relaxation you will experience. This state of mind will allow you to access direct answers from your Higher Self or Subconscious without your ego or mind interfering too much. Once you reach this state, you will be able to access some parts of the brain that are usually inaccessible, such as child memories, past lives and spiritual realms. It can be a very powerful healing technique on different levels; from the physical body to the emotional, mental, spiritual body. All the answers are unique to you and can provide a sense of relief, healing or understanding in your life. It might help you to trust more your inner wisdom and help you connect more deeply to your creativity and inner knowledge.
