Construction continues to progress well across Stages 3 and 4, with our civil contractors working hard on preparing underground drains and essential services.

Over at the new Clubhouse site, the excitement is building — the slab is almost ready to be poured! It’s amazing to see the teamwork and dedication from everyone involved, and the fantastic progress made so far.

If all goes to plan, the Clubhouse slab will be down before the end of the month, marking another big milestone for Amberley Country Estate!

What a beautiful North Canterbury day it was for our Open Day last Saturday! ☀️
We were delighted to welcome so many visitors through the Estate to experience our vibrant community and see what makes Amberley Country Estate so special.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, as well as to our amazing staff and resident volunteers who helped make the day run so smoothly — your time, energy, and enthusiasm are what make events like this such a success.

Our community fundraiser raffle drew plenty of interest, the BBQ was sizzling, and the Clubhouse was buzzing with conversation over tea, coffee, and freshly baked scones.

Thank you again to all who joined us — it was a wonderful day celebrating our community and showcasing the Amberley Country Estate lifestyle.
