Measles is spreading in NZ. It’s highly contagious and can cause serious illness.
If you have symptoms, don’t visit your GP or ED—call 03 314 8504 or Healthline 0800 611 116.

Symptoms include:
🤧 Dry cough, runny nose, headache
🌡️ Fever over 38.5°C
🌺 Rash starting on face, spreading to chest/arms

Are you vaccinated?
✅ Born before 1969 = likely immune
💉 Born after 1969 = check for 2 MMR doses
👶 Children need MMR at 12 & 15 months
✈️ Travelling with infants? Early vaccination may be possible
