For non-urgent questions, it’s courteous to stick to business hours (usually Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm)⁠

✨️This is just a guide as every midwife is different, so it’s a good idea to check in with yours about their expectations for contact during and outside of work hours. That way, everyone knows when it’s the right time to reach out. 💛
