Why would you attend Heart & Flow next weekend?

If you have ever come for a session with Natalie or Kate, and found that you really only 'dropped in' towards the end of a session.... and were left wanting more, this event is for You.

If it takes you a while to move from 'fight or flight' into 'rest & digest', you might just need a slower journey.... coming to a full day event offers you exactly that.

What else will you get from the retreat day?

Community, connection and ceremony. If you find yourself wanting more time for yourself, but then not knowing what to do with yourself when you do get a break, this event is for You.
Often we are so long on the wheel that it's hard to know how to rest and relax, so we are taking the 'how' out of it, by creating a safe supportive space to drop into ceremony and self connection, along with intentional community.

The power of being held within a group environment can offer healing and break throughs. The practices we share, have been selected for their supportive elements in this regard.

What if you don't like one of the activities?

We are offering a range of nourishing activities such as meditation, somatic movement, intuitive exercises for embodiment and connection. If there is something that doesn't feel comfortable at this time, you are welcome to rest in the 'break out' area.
Allowing yourself to be present in a healing space, might be all your nervous system needs, so you are welcome to 'sit one out' and enjoy a herbal tea, if that serves you best. You will still be receiving the healing frequencies of being in intentional, ceremonial circle.

My first ever Sagrada Ceremonial Oil, is a homage to my time in Mexico, for Día de Los Mu***os (Mexican Day of the Dead) November 2.

Made with Copal (a resin burned on altars), Mexican Marigold (a flower that decorates the altars) and Cacao (Maya and Aztecs considered a divine gift used for ceremonies).

Originally named 'Mexico', this oil has now been renamed 'Tierra', a spanish word meaning Earth, and is beautifully contrasted by another Ceremonial Oil named 'Light', containing oils of Daffodil, Lemon and Amber.

Like all Sagrada Ceremonial oils, Tierra works and a number of levels, and is influenced by your personal intention. Helpful for grounding, and embodiment, it is also ideal for ceremonial work around Samhain and Day of the dead, as an offering to Gaia, and for deep yin ceremony and shadow work.
