Physio Movement is integrated with Anytime Fitness Ormiston and provide all clients with diverse physiotherapy sessions both in clinic and in the gym. All treatment sessions are tailored to our clients specific goals whether it be climbing their first mountain or something as simple as getting back on their feet after an injury.

All treatment sessions are 45 minutes - 60 minutes long, giving both our Physiotherapists and clients enough time to go through everything that they need to.

Our team at Physio Movement aims to provide you with excellent care, personalized rehabilitation plans and patient specific tailored 1:1 sessions.

With a diverse range of musculoskeletal physiotherapists in our team, we give all clients full assessments, accurate diagnosis and treatment for their injuries as well as indicating and treating any imbalances or weakness throughout the body that maybe contributing to their pain.

Sean graduated from the New Zealand School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been mastering his skills for the last 20 years. He is a registered Acupuncture NZ Member.

His areas of interest are musculoskeletal conditions and posture, digestive and food related conditions, neurological and women's health.

Methods of treatment include acupuncture, Chinese herbal tuina (Chinese massage), qigong, dietary therapy, Japanese therapeutic techniques seiho sotai and soseitai. He also holds a level 2 soseitai trainers cerficate certified by the College of Soseitai Trainers, Osaka, Japan.

Physio Movement is now open SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS 🎊🎊🎊

We know how hard it is scheduling appointments throughout a busy 40 hour work week, so we are now opened on the weekends from 9:00am - 5:30pm with our physiotherapists Joseph & Julius 🌿🌿. Our acupuncturist Sean will also be available on Saturdays. 🧑‍🔧
