re:ab’s Boot Camp is back!! 🏃🏼‍♀️🥳

This class incorporates outdoor cardio and strength workout that aims to improve your overall stamina and strength. Boot Camp is ideal as an add on to other fitness or pilates training to step it up a notch or to mix with indoor circuits or pilates classes.

Give it a go at 7.30am on Wednesdays, we look foward to seeing you!

Introducing your October member of the month.......Suzy Timpson!

Suzy Timpson has been a regular re:ab member for a couple of years, and we've loved her being part of the community at the studio.

This month, we want to celebrate the achievements Suzy has made with her strength and form in both pilates and fitness. When Foundation Circuit was introduced onto the re:ab timetable, it was designed for clients like Suzy - those who were curious about circuit but were not confident joining the regular class.

Suzy has progressed from cautiously using the same weights for all the exercises to choosing different weights for particular exercises, and feeling confident adding or reducing weight as the exercise demands.

This strength is now feeding back into her pilates practice, and she is looking more stable and connected throughout the pilates repertoire.

Congratulations Suzy!!

This month, we want to celebrate not just one member, but a group of ladies who consistently support and encourage each other! 🥳

Susie, Mary, Rina and Ginny are regulars in the early morning classes, but they do also frequent weekends and occasionally evening classes.

Their good spirits and positivity bring a great energy to class. On occasion they need extra guidance with more focus and less chat 😉, but they take any feedback with humour and goodwill.

The consistency with which they attend re:ab is definitely a celebration of, and a tribute to, the support they give each other. Congratulations ladies 💛
