re:ab’s Boot Camp is back!! 🏃🏼♀️🥳
This class incorporates outdoor cardio and strength workout that aims to improve your overall stamina and strength. Boot Camp is ideal as an add on to other fitness or pilates training to step it up a notch or to mix with indoor circuits or pilates classes.
