HERBAL A DAY...
Chrysanthemum flowers are called 'JU HUA' in TCM. They are cool nature, bitter and sweet taste and target to the Liver and Lung. They have two colors white and yellow which is called BAI Ju Hua and HUANG Ju Hua.

Bai Ju Hua (white chrysanthemum) is good for the Liver and clears the eyes. Huang Ju Hua (yellow chrysanthemum) is used for treating eye-redness and headache.

Longan or Dragon’s Eye Long Yan Rao is warm nature, have sweet taste. It is often used for problems caused by thinking too much or working too hard which you can make and drink it as tea.

Longan or Long Yan Rao is also used alone in porridge for people who are not very strong, people getting better from sickness, elderly people, and women after giving birth.
