Hello

I have a few spots left for my 3pm and 4.30pm sound bath at Contemporary Yoga in Remuera.

If you haven’t been before or you’re curious,
We have all the bolsters mats and blankets supplied, I will do a guided mediation and then play for 45 minutes then another mediation.

This is a really good way to help relax the body and mind, there is no movement so it’s full relaxation.

$40 a session
