Our studios have a range of postnatal classes; Mat Pilates, Barre, Reformer Pilates where you can bring your baby, and get back to movement and building strength - we recommend a postnatal WOF before you start as a check in to see where things are at. Some of you would have noticed we’re not doing our usual Christmas challenge this year. December is already full. Full of work, family, prize givings, graduations, traffic, admin, school concerts, money stress, expectations etc etc. We won’t add another thing on the to-do list!

Couples that Pilates together 😍 Clinical Pilates is available 1:1 or 2:1, basically like a PT session but at a Pilates studio! John and Kelly came in for a private Pilates class with one of our incredible physiotherapists, Rach. Clinical Pilates is great if you’re; new to Pilates, coming back from injury, have some specific goals, or just wanting an extra level of hands on attention!
