Some of you would have noticed we’re not doing our usual Christmas challenge this year. December is already full. Full of work, family, prize givings, graduations, traffic, admin, school concerts, money stress, expectations etc etc. We won’t add another thing on the to-do list!

Couples that Pilates together 😍 Clinical Pilates is available 1:1 or 2:1, basically like a PT session but at a Pilates studio! John and Kelly came in for a private Pilates class with one of our incredible physiotherapists, Rach. Clinical Pilates is great if you’re; new to Pilates, coming back from injury, have some specific goals, or just wanting an extra level of hands on attention! Hi beautiful community! A little reminder about our studio etiquette, we keep these simple so everyone can enjoy their classes:

💙 Socks – Grippy socks are a must in reformer classes (you’ll find them in studio too).
💙 Arrive on time – Doors may be locked at start time for safety.
💙 Phones – Silent only please, and step outside if you need to use it.
💙 No-shows/late cancels – Non-refundable, so double-check you’re signed in.
💙 Waitlists – You can be added up to 1hr before class. Can’t check? Remove yourself to avoid fees.
💙 Leaving early? Let your instructor know at the start.
💙 Membership pauses – Max 4 weeks per year, min 7 days each pause.
