Listen to this carefully and listen to it a few times
I am so happy that I have found this video as at Lioness Gym and our Fitness Studios we run our trainings, classes and mentorship under the same principles which are... MUSCLE gained through training, not walking
BODY WEIGHT TRAINING (not relying on machines)
NUTRITION (not diet)
In fact, a few years ago I've done an experiment on my own body and while I was in holiday for 4 weeks we have done a very good amount of walking and no exercises at all. Guess what?! At my return from holiday when I have reassessed my body composition, to find out that I have lost just over 10% of my muscles... again IN ONLY 4 WEEKS
Walking is is NOT exercise/training and will never replace exercises or training! As I always say, walking just helps to recover from an intensive muscle training ☝
Why? Well, during a very intensive muscle training the muscle tissue breaks/tears due to the intensity and things like a good walk, a cold shower, a sauna session and a sport massage therapy will help the muscle tissue to blend nicely together, get flexible and STRONGER 💪
So until now you have believed that going for walks will keep you fit, you better change your perception and fitness plan and focus on what will mention and boost up that muscle.
This mag is also applicable for WOMEN, a good muscle mass does NOT mean bulk muscle. A lean muscle body and strength is exactly what women needs followed by a good nutrition.
Although many of your reading this were already told all these facts, I know and I see in many of you that from time to time it's good somebody to remind you (especially as it's well known Women lose up to 25% from their memories after each birth).
TODAY, LIONESS - The Gym for Women and Wild Fitness Studios celebrates 7 years and over the years we ate constantly educating people about the Importance of muscle in Your body.
Happy anniversary to us and Happy muscle growth for YOU while training and looking after your well-being and nutrition at The Lioness facilities 🥰
