It’s an opportunity to see Taiji in practice and talk to us about what learning Taiji is all about.

On the first Saturday of the month, weather permitting, we have a free Taiji class 9am, in the courtyard outside Whangaparaoa Library.

Due to the holiday period there is no January class. The next date will be 9am Saturday February.

BEGINNERS CLASSES STARTING IN THE NEW YEAR

Everyone is welcome now to come and begin their own journey to self awareness, development and integration, where the aim is to enjoy the journey and not just the getting there.

Beginners classes:
Stanmore Bay Community Centre, Waiora Rd- Tuesday 13th January, 6pm.

Whangaparaoa Scout Hall, Stanmore Bay Rd-Thursday 15th January, 6pm.

We have vouchers if you are looking for a Christmas gift.
