Simple movements to add to your daily routine.
• Spice up the mundane tasks in your day with movements. Simple movements like standing on one leg helps balance and proprioception. Holding a plank builds core strength that protects the spine and low back.
• Motion is lotion. As little as 2 minutes of movement for every 20 minutes that you are sedentary is enough to make a significant difference.
